In the beginning, our team was formed from relatively new connections, and we were still learning how to work together. With only a few members, our first year in the FIRST Tech Challenge felt chaotic and challenging. We were figuring things out as we went. We went from building and coding to understanding the competition itself. But through those early struggles, we managed to build strong bonds and develop a deeper sense of trust and teamwork.

As time went on, our team began to grow — both in size and in skill. We welcomed new members, gained more support, and started to find our rhythm. With more experience under our belts, our second year of FTC was a huge step forward. Our design process became more organized, our robot more reliable, and our teamwork more seamless. We became a collaborative, well-structured community, where everyone had a voice and a role. The challenges didn’t disappear, but now we faced them with confidence, communication, and a stronger sense of unity.
